During the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of the equipment that we’ve installed; our service; our people; or if you feel we’ve over promised or under delivered or for any other reason, we will correct the problem to your satisfaction. If we can not correct the problem to your satisfaction we will remove the equipment within thirty (30) days of your
request and refund the entire contract price. Nothing more will be said!

Installation Workmanship Guarantee

Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude, and workmanship. They’ll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear shoe coverings to protect your carpet and floors, vacuum when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we’ll refund whatever amount of the purchase price you feel to be fair. We make this guarantee because we are sure we are the area’s superior heating, cooling company, but also has the best products, service and people.

Temperature Selection Guarantee

We guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We promised a temperature variance of no more than plus or minus 3 degrees at your electronic digital thermostat whether heating or cooling your home. If the desired temperature selection is not achieved, we will make any upgrades, modifications, or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperature at no charge to you for a period of five years.

2-Year Lowest Price Guarantee

Anyone can install a heating and cooling system cheaper when cost is a consideration. We will not allow cost to drive us to the point where we must skimp on workmanship and use cheap materials that will cause you grief in the future. It’s important to know what is and is not included in the heating and cooling system you have chosen for your home. Our unbeatable “2-Year Lowest Price Guarantee” is our promise to you that you have 2-years to find a comparable installation for less, if you do….we’ll pay you a $500.00 bonus over the difference. All we ask is that the comparison must be “apples to apples.”

“No Lemons’’ Guarantee

We recognize that not every manufactured piece of heating and cooling equipment is 100% perfect — 100% of the time. Since our customers should expect to receive 100% of the heating and cooling value they’ve invested in, we offer our “No Lemons” guarantee on our “No Risk” systems. Simply stated...Should your compressor fail during this during your guarantee period, we will remove it and give you a completely new outside unit Free. Should your heat exchanger develop a crack during your guarantee period, we will remove your furnace and give you a completely new furnace Free. If you’ve ever bought a “lemon” before, you’ll truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.
