“Kevin, Vincent, and Billie just left after installing my new AC and furnace. They arrived on time first thing this morning. Were courteous and careful about putting protective coverings on their shoes when they had to enter the house. Answered my questions. Went the extra mile to see that the GFI outlet was properly installed, which meant having to re-do it after they first finished because they just weren't happy with things knowing that it was on the same circuit as my refrigerator; they wanted it to be absolutely correct. They were kind to my dog Finn, who likes to supervise. So far everything is in working order. The new system is much quieter. The price was right. I'm happy.”
