He knew immediately that our ceramic logs were not set correctly and he reset them to allow the flames more open space to breath. Brandon checked over all the wiring, fan, and set the flames to the correct level. He offered us a Nevada Heating member program that covers our fireplace maintenance for three years. We decided to accept it. I called Nevada Heating and talked to Bayley who took the time to explain every level of the member program to me. She was very friendly and professional. We scheduled a full maintenance and look forward to that part of the program. We now feel more comfortable that we can rely on Nevada Heating when it comes to our fireplace working properly.”
