Kimber listened to my frustration and made me feel confident that I finally called a good plumbing company. Kimber was intelligent, knowledgable and caring. Kimber set an appointment with David to come to the house to help solve our tankless water heater problem.
David was extremely professional, polite and knowledgable. David was determined to solve our tankless water heater problem and worked tirelessly trying everything he could to solve the problem. What I liked most about David was his cheerful personality, honesty in carefully explaining his findings and our options and respectfully putting booties on to enter the house.
After seeing the dedication and team work from Kimber, David and Nevada Heating Company we have signed up for a yearly service plan and have requested David for future service calls. Thank you so much!!”
