“Jacob Hahn was our service professional today. This is our first experience with Nv. Heating and I must say, Jacob was a joy to have in our home. He was very professional, and explained everything he was going to do. After the service, he explained the results of his findings thoroughly in an understanding manner. I have setup a heater checkup for September with your office, and I have requested Jacob be our service professional. I plan to always have him to our checkups. If you have a 10 rating, he would get a 10! Thanks Jacob.”

“Last Friday evening 6/24, Jacob Hahn arrived to service our air conditioner. I cant tell you how impressed I was with his professional attitude and the servicing of our unit. He used an extension cord and also a garden hose, both of which he put back neatly in their place, and he tidied up the area around the unit. He was very knowledgeable about the unit , and explained what he did in a way that I could understand ( he was very patient with my questions!!!) He also talked with my son (who is a mechanical engineer) regarding several things to do with the unit, he also was very impressed with Jacob. He took his time and didn’t rush thru the process and was very personable. I don,t know if its possible, but I’d like to be able to schedule Jacob to service our furnace in the fall, and also next springs A/C service.”
