“AC installed 42 days ago. My repeated attempts to obtain the owners manual for the new blower unit have garnered only installation instructions. The front of the unit directs me to the “Users Information Manual” yet NH has been unable to provide this. The front of the blower also directs me to contact the installer if the manual has not been provided.
I would go online but do not even know model number. I don’t know how to open the front of unit where possibly I would find a model number.
I sure am enjoying the heck out of these installation instructions. I paid $11,000 for this unit. Customer service ended when I made the final payment.”
