We called Nevada Heating who immediately sent Drake Schultz to our home to do a consultation. He did a thorough evaluation of our heating systems and presented us with his findings. We knew our heater needed replacing due to it’s age and opted to have a new system put it. He took the time to find a system that worked within our budget and spent allot of time getting everything lined up for installation on the following Tuesday. He was prompt, efficient, explained everything fully and provided us with space heaters when the temperatures were forecasted into the low 20’s. He is a consummate professional who takes his position with this company seriously.

Roger Ibarra:
Mr. Ibarra was our installation professional that handle the installation of our new system efficiently. He provided great customer service making sure that everything that had been promised to us was completed. He answered any questions we had as well as providing instructions on how the new thermostat worked. Both he and his assistant finished the install early working diligently throughout the day.

Blake Radley:
Mr. Radley, Install Assistant, worked closely with Mr. Ibarra to provide us with a seamless transition with the removal of our old furnace and replacement of our new furnace. He provided us with great customer service throughout the day. He was in and out of our home throughout the day with no disruption and treated our dogs great! The garage area, where are heater is was squeaky clean after this team of professionals left our home.
