“June 30th at the beginning of our areas first serious heat wave our AC system stopped. I called Nevada Heating the first thing Monday morning, explained what happened and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day Tuesday around 1:00. We knew our system was getting old, so wasn't a surprise when the technician showed us pictures of a unit needing serious help. We decided to go ahead and replace the complete system. David was very helpful explaining the process, answering questions for us, and absolutely never being pushy. He was very comfortable to talk with. Wednesday a crew of 5 were here at 7:30 to do the installation. They worked hard in the scorching heat for hours (including the hot attic) Our air conditioning was going by 5:30 or so. Yay!! The crew was so respectful and friendly. Everything was cleaned up, after the job was done, including the hallway. The company itself seems to care about their employees. Plenty of water and umbrella over the area of the outside air unit for shade. Kevin and the crew were amazing! Also, the company loaned us a portable unit which worked fantastic for our bedroom so we could sleep comfortably for those two nights with no air!!
